CENTURY CYCLE CONTINUES - A HIGHSCHOOL MONOLOGUE COMPETITION

presented by Danielle Brooks 

 The "Century Cycle Continues" Monologue Competition, inspired by legendary playwright August Wilson, challenges the next generation to keep Black American storytelling alive by performing classic and contemporary works. 


Prizes for the CCC range from $500 - $2000.

The Annie Edge Scholarship ($5000) awarded to one senior attending the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities, will also be presented at the CCC monologue competition.
